Abiding by these Community Agreements will foster an inclusive culture and support open, honest, and productive community conversations among people who have different lived experiences.

• We are trying to get it right, not to be right. We use our beginner’s mind.

• Understanding one another and our culture often means holding multiple conflicting truths at the same time. We accept this paradox and the discomfort that comes with it.

• We share our stories in trust and confidence. What is said here stays here. What is learned here goes with us into the world.

• We appreciate and honor that everyone who joins us is coming with different experiences, points of view and perspectives. This diversity means we learn and process information differently.

• We choose courage over comfort by engaging with new opportunities to learn and grow. This is a brave space.
